We've had many people ask us what does Cold Process Method™ mean and what are the benefits. Typically in the production of haircare products the ingredients are blended using heat of up to 190degrees. This speeds up the process and makes it easier for oil to merge with water...but also means the active ingredients/nutrients needed to help performance evaporate and chemicals are then added to help these products perform. Our Cold Process Method™ uses high pressure and cold water/air to blend our ingredients. This takes a little longer more but ensures that the vitamins remain at very high levels. This allows us to use the cleanest ingredients and gives you products that perform incredibly well. During this process we are also using 90% less energy because heat isn't applied.
