these sweet cheeks have been all about mommy the past few weeks... my favorite is how he asks me to rock him before bed though. he looks at me and ever so sweetly asks, “mommy rock you?” and while there are sometimes nights when he asks that i may think i wish he would be okay with simply being tucked in snug as a bug in the rug, i really love to do it. i want to gobble up all these baby and toddler snuggles while i can as i know all too soon he’ll not ask for his mommy to rock him anymore. so for now, i’ll take these moments and attempt to freeze time while you keep on trying to speed up and outrun everything.
