As we reflected on the year that was, it was overwhelmingly clear to us that women, globally, have been disproportionately affected in the workplace due to COVID-19.
Everyone in our Alpha-H community had a story to tell or knew someone who had been affected – in Victoria alone, 4 out of 5 of job losses were felt by women.
