But to be sure, all skincare products will have a PAO (period after opening) symbol on pack.
It shows a little open jar with a number followed by an M, which indicates the amount of time a product remains stable and safe for use once it’s been opened.
For example ‘12M’ means once opened you have 12 months to use up your product before it should be thrown away.
