Before the Encoreship had a name or was even a concept, our team had a round table discussion about the issues we, as a largely female identifying team, have faced, will face within our career or have seen others grapple with. We all had a story of a mother, sister, friend or colleague who had faced challenges re-entering the workforce after elected or forced time away from the workforce — from this the Encoreship was born.
The Encoreship is a purpose-driven program designed to help women upskill, build confidence, create connections and set up the next steps in their future career. We are offering seven 3-month paid 'encoreship’s' at Alpha-H and partnering Australian companies.
