5,800 oranges stacked in a pyramid (5′-6″ sq. base x 5′) by artist Roelof Louw. First exhibited in 1967, Roelof invited viewers to help themselves to a piece of the fruit arranged in the semblance of a greengrocers stack. Viewers literally "consumed" the work, and in so doing, constantly transformed its appearance.⠀
