An outtake from the making of Steve Lacy's debut studio album "Apollo XXI" shot by friend and frequent collaborator @alantheg. Here, the LA-based guitarist poses with a rare color of the famed 'Living Tower' by Verner Panton (1968). "One sits more comfortably on a colour that one likes," Panton remarked. The Danish designer passed in 1998, coincidentally the year of Lacy's birth. 21 years later, Lacy chose to pose with Panton's chair for the cover of his debut solo album. ⠀
