This series of local Hawaiian surfers shot at Pipeline, the jewel of the seven-mile stretch, was shot with a slow shutter, to illustrate the flow & movement of the environment and accentuate the graceful nature of the sport. Shot with the Elite D810 Sports Housing and PD-50 Dome for his Nikon D810 + 16mm f/2.8 Lens. An interesting side note is that the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place getters in this division were all water based images! #aquatech #lukeshadbolt
