I’m currently obsessed with kickboxing. I feel a focus in class that I don’t get from many other things. When I’m feeling weak or tired I lean in and go harder and it gives me a boost of energy. This same application of energy transfer happens in my day to day. When I feel derailed I use that feeling of defeat to burn a fire under my motivation, to come out stronger then I had planned.
