Walked to work in a hundred layers today, who knew you could fit two legging under a pair of joggers and an aritzia letterman jacket under another jacket ?#bellletstalk was yesterday and I spent most of the day reflecting on my commitment to mental health. It’s not enough to deal with things tomorrow or the next. Mental health over work is something I need to focus on more deeply. I have every excuse to push it off, but it’s impossible to more forward productively if you’re not in tune with how you feel. We all win when we support each other unconditionally✔️
