We have always managed ARNE’s customer service ourselves since we started the brand and it’s been great. We enjoy looking after you and hoping everyone is happy with their order and it’s something that’s difficult to let go of when we care so much.
We have been busier than ever lately as we grow a little more and we hate to say it, but we have to be honest with ourselves in saying that our recent customer service could have been much better and you deserve better after purchasing.
We are therefore growing our team a little more and welcome a customer service agent to the team.
We are based in Wigan & the role will require the individual to be in office 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
Experience in customer service is essential and experience in an e-commerce business is is desired.
