They’re obvious but there’s three ways I like to learn best… Read / Reflect / Observe others Become aware of your weak spots (in what situations do you feel most anxious? What situations trigger a bad emotional response (angry or upset) and then ask yourself why? And dig deep! What is an area you aren’t seeing success in?). Find those weaknesses and go read, reflect and observe others in relation to them. Do this for a long enough time and you can genuinely change who you are and your personality for the better (whilst still being you obviously, infact doing this actually helps in finding out who you really are so you can be yourself more and more which gives off amazing energy to other people). I’ve taken ‘personality traits’ I liked from cleaners, decorators, athletes, businessman and anyone I’ve ever met really based on how they made me feel by what they did or how much success they had by doing certain things I noticed. Annoyingly the results don’t come day by day though. They don’t feel as progressive as we like. It feels like we are getting absolutely nowhere for ages. Who we are is deeply ingrained in us so it can take time to unravel it all. The results seem to come in random spikes where all the work you’ve put in seems to compound and build up and then one random day something clicks and you feel the progression. After a while of doing the above it comes so natural that it’s part of you to be curious and to constantly develop yourself 🙂
