We have a very exciting new website and to log in, please follow this easy step.
You would have received an Account Activation email last night or this morning from this email - augustineorders@augustine.co.nz. All you need to do is click on the 'Activate Account' button. Please make sure you check your spam folder if you do not see this email in your inbox. If you don't receive an email or you're having trouble logging in, please email us on reactivation@augustine.co.nz
PLEASE NOTE: The only way you can log into your account is via this activation email. NOT on the website. You can still checkout as a guest if you prefer.
We still have Afterpay and Laybuy. It's on the payment page.
Your order history from the past won't come across but moving forward, it will show up. But we can still access this information from a store level.
Your in store points will still be available to use in store. You will also still receive points on Pre Orders.
Gift Vouchers are available on the new site. Gift Vouchers purchased before 25 October can only be used in store, unless you phone one of our stores to transfer it to the new website.
Loyalty points that are redeemable in store can also be transferred to an online voucher by contacting our stores. But, we have some great news! We are building an online system that will allow you to use them online automatically. This is just a few months away.
