Happy new year ladies 🙏💕
I wanted to say this on New Year’s Day 2022 instead of last night in 2021, as I really didn’t want to celebrate the year that was. It’s over now. Forgotten. Time to move forward and be hopeful, positive and grateful that’s it’s a new day and a new year.
It’s hard to set goals and resolutions when so much can be out of our control, but we will. We have to assume it’s going to be a much better year and be hopeful we get through it without anymore lockdowns.
We have so much planned for this year and I can’t wait to get started.
New releases, NZ Fashion Week, parties to throw, shops to visit (Chch we are coming to you in Feb) I havnt been in my Auckland stores for months due to seperate work bubbles so I can’t wait to get in there again. Overseas travel (told you I am being hopeful), new school for my eldest and starting her first year of school for my youngest. Sports to be played again for the girls, maybe even a summer league netball team for me, adventures with friends, new staff starting at work, getting a full year at work with old staff and finally having all our head office staff under one roof. Our tiles arrived for our pool (longest wait ever, seems trivial but it’s going to be so satisfying) so we will be able to finish the landscaping, and walk around the pool without cutting our feet 👍
So let’s go 2022. Planning the year as if covid doesn’t exist and hoping for a miracle that we get a full year of normal life. Hopeful that everyone that is separated from loved ones overseas gets reunited, hopeful, hopeful, hopeful.
Can’t wait to do this year with all of you. In friends shoots, at fashion week, shop parties and just good old interaction on here. Thank you for always being there. I love getting your comments, likes and DMs so keep in touch. We have a lot to do……..
