“Today was a good day at the office.
While most of my days at work are spent looking at spreadsheets, today looked a little different and it made me reflect on a lot of things. One in particular being that I really enjoy my job.
For those of you who don't know, I started at @aventuronusa a little over a year ago. I didn't know if they had any full-time employees, but I knew I wanted to try to find a job in the outdoor industry. Not knowing much about the company I called to see if they wanted to talk, unsure of what would come of the conversation. I didn't realize that would lead to an interview, and days later I'd be walking out of the building with a new job.
Over the last year, I've been able to work at a pretty sweet place getting people on some pretty sweet gear. And while not everyday at the office looks like this, I'm pretty thankful that some of them do.
