Let's talk invitations. I don't know about you, but my FAVORITE part of planning my own wedding was when it was time to select the stationary. I would go back and relive that appointment a million times over if I could! I'm very much that person who has an unnecessary abundance of calendars, day planners, thank you cards, Christmas cards, envelopes in all sorts of colors and sizes, desktop pads, letterhead, and 5,000 colored ink pens. So if you need someone to go with you to your stationary appointment, I'm your girl. Your invitations are truly the first look your guests are getting of your wedding so your invites should reflect the overall vibe or theme you are trying to achieve. For example, if you are having an eco friendly ceremony in an Olive Grove where llamas are present than you may use plantable seed paper. Or if you are having a retro Vegas ceremony at The Neon Museum than you may use invitations that resemble a vintage Vegas postcard. Make sure it makes sense. The formal black and ivory invitations that I used for my downtown Chicago wedding wouldn't work for say, a casual dry lake bed wedding.
