1. Hire a coordinator who is local, or even through the resort/hotel you plan to get married at. They know all the best local vendors, and the lay of the lands better than anyone else!
2. My job is to arrive a day or two before, check out the properties, get familiar with everyone involve and find all the amazing locations. Plus, be there to capture your memorable welcome dinner when all of your guests arrive… LET’S GET THAT PARTY STARTED!!
3. Thank god for technology! You have the ability to FaceTime your vendors ahead of time and keep you up to date on everything thats going on out there! So don’t fear if you can’t fly back and forth all the time! You’ve got the power to stay in touch in the palm of your hands!!
When there is a will, there is always a way!! If you dream of having a destination wedding, GO FOR IT! Nothing should stop you from making that dream of yours come true!!!! ❤️🔥🙏🏻
