Hey UK, we've got a bathroom problem 👀 Millions of people are flushing single-use plastic down the toilet; wet wipes, sanitary products, cotton buds, toothbrushes (yep!) and floss.

Most "flushable" wet wipes contain plastic and actually expand when flushed. These then clog up causing sewage systems to overflow and spill into our waterways. @mcs_uk have recorded a 700% INCREASE in this type of plastic pollution over the last decade. In April, over 4,500 wet wipes were found on one 154m sq patch of beach 🙅 #DontBelieveTheWipe + stop flushing!
