@communitysponsorshipblackpool is a true grassroots local group working together to create an affective solution to the global refugee crisis. The funds raised will help bring a refugee family from Syria to safety here in the UK, providing the family with a home, school plus the ongoing support needed to help integrate them into their new community and their new life.
@trinityhospice is an incredible place full of incredible people. Though partially supported by the government, the hospice relies on donations to keep their doors open and to provide ongoing care and support to people across the Fylde coast. Many fundraising events were cancelled this year due to Covid and so we hope to raise some funds for a place close to our hearts.
@lovemybeach_nw hold community beach cleans across the North West and this is where the idea of our recycled swimsuits was born. We would head out in our tabards, with sacks and litter pickers each week and would imagine up further ways we could help tackle the ongoing issues. This campaign is ran and funded by @keepbritaintidy as a part of their Turning Tides initiative and so the donation will be made through this.
