The climate has always been changing, but in the past 200 years the changes have been more extreme because of human activity. Climate change is affecting every country on every continent, and the poorest and most vulnerable people are affected the most. ?
We still have a chance to change things around and create a better future — that is, if we start acting NOW. We have a little over 11 years to change before the consequences become irreparable.
