Today, we're looking back at #TheMakers tour with Nonna's Grocer founder Madeleine Hoy in her sunny home in Wollongong. ✨ Her summery 1950s home makes for the perfect backdrop for @nonnasgrocer's playful candles. Warm, neutral tones prevail in every room of this welcoming abode – especially the living room, where woven details in the armchairs and a rug bring texture to the space. 💫 The dining room is Madeleine's favourite area of the home and the ideal spot to showcase her designs. Here, bay windows flood the space with light and a wonderfully dressed dining table welcomes guests.💫 Madeline's love for gathering together over fresh produce runs in the family – concept studio Nonna's Grocer was inspired by her great grandparents who migrated from Sicily to Daylesford, Victoria and opened a fruit shop in the 1930s. She's now reimagined the organic forms of fruit and vegetables as delightfully decorative candles (some of which are available to shop right now at Bed Threads!). 💫 Find the full interview and home tour on Bed Threads Journal. ✨
