In this week's #TheMakers, we tour artist Brigitte Grant's (@bg.studio__) light-filled granny flat on the Sunshine Coast which doubles as her workspace. ✨
Brigitte's art career began in lockdown when she was unable to work her typical nine-to-five and started sharing her pieces on Instagram. "I have always been quite creative but never really thought it possible to make a career out of it," she shares with Bed Threads Journal. 💫
Her illustrative artworks capture a decidedly Mediterranean state of mind. Many of these vibrant vignettes depict images of lemon trees, decorative pottery, seafood plates, and summer tipples, transporting you straight to a coastal European town. ✨
Follow along for our home tour with Brigitte or discover our interview at the link in bio. ✨
