This means, we measure, reduce and offset greenhouse gas emissions, doing our bit to protect and conserve the environment. ✨
We do this through @carbonneutralau, where we support the building of the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor. This is a multi-species native reforestation project located in Southwest Australia. You might not have heard of it, but it's a global biodiversity hotspot. It removes 1.897 million tonnes of carbon in a region where over 90 per cent of the woodland is cleared. This project aims to remove carbon from the atmosphere, and restore a healthy and functioning landscape after decades of habitat loss and degradation.
In time, it will deliver climate benefits, promote sustainable development and re-establish and protect our environment. 🌱
