In Southern California we don’t get many snow days. Because we’re “cursed” with such moderate weather, my mom absolutely loves the rain. When I was younger and it would rain, she would race to the cabinet where we kept our board games and break out the Jenga set. While my mom loved the rain for many reasons, she loved the rain most of all because it allowed her to spend time with me. #MothersWeek
