✔️ High waisted undies. I love these disposable undies from @fridamom
✔️ C-section panties. These are from @bellybandit @myupspring and @bellefit and I plan to wear them OVER the disposables.
✔️ OR for vaginal deliveries (I’ve had two!)…postpartum safe girdle panties
✔️ @fridamom c-section kit. Comes with a padded belt to protect from bumping the scar, disposable panties, “skip the shower” wipes, perinatal bottle, postpartum-safe support faja, extra socks
✔️ Veteran tip: add a couple of drops of lavender oil to your perinatal bottle with warm water to gently cleanse, heal, and soothe your labia/vagina
✔️ Electronics: portable speaker, laptop/tablet, chargers… being an extra long phone charger!
✔️ BATHTOWEL. y’all. The towels at the hospitals are made for mice not for full grown humans. Tiny and not soft. Bring your own. You won’t be sorry.
✔️ Pillow + blanket @pillowcube forever!
✔️ Slippers/slides @birkenstockusa
✔️ Going home outfit for yourself. Mine is from @freepeople
