1 ) Wash and dry your hair (don’t put any product in after the shower). Toning will work best on clean hair.⠀

2 ) Put conditioner in the bowl and slowly mix in small amounts of Manic Panic Ultra Violet 👈🏼(Can be bought in any drug store) at a time.⠀

3 ) Apply the toner mixture to your hair with the tint brush. You can help blend it in with your hands (so you don’t miss any spots). 4 ) Leave in for about 30-40 minutes then rinse with water.⠀
