September is our anniversary month. At the end of the month, it will be 3 years that we've been in business. And, (wo)man, have we grown, both in size but also in understanding about you, our customer. This is a photo of our first attempt at providing an in-person shopping experience. This was back in our very first space, about 400 sq ft, total, where we managed to cram all of our inventory and a small space for a fitting room between two IKEA shelves. The second year, we hosted a 2 day pop-up in Boston, that reinforced the importance of meeting you all in person. Now, we're able to provide one-on-one appointments at our Studio in Boston. The opportunity to meet you, try on the clothes, hear about the desire to improve your wardrobe, your struggles in dressing for the workplace, all of these conversations have taught us. 3 years in and it feels like we're just getting started because we understand more than ever how to serve women. So, we're working on some big things this month that will set us in a new direction. We can't wait to get better for you. ? xx Jay + Katie
