This here is Nice Pair of Slacks from Central State Brewing (centralstatebrewing), a Brut IPA coming in at 8%, and the always incredible Master Grade Gundam 00 XN Raiser

The brew smells light and fruity with some orange peel, grapefruit, and tropical fruit aromas, and some faint hints of cracker and bread. The taste is on point with nice citrus rind flavors mixing with those tropical notes, and balanced out by a nice hoppiness that I would call bitter if it didn't disappear as soon as the sip was done; standard procedure for this style. Honestly, this is an excellent Brut IPA; it doesn't really compromise flavor or complexity and still maintains that clean finish that makes it absolutely crushable. At this point, you either like the style or you don't. I think it has its place, what do you think?
