I’ve noticed that there are a few of the kid’s toys that seem to follow me around the house. This rocking horse especially likes to wait for me in the middle of the night while I’m stumbling in blindly to calm a crying child. But thanks to this gift from my mom, all three of my girls have been transformed into cowgirls, trick riders in the circus, and even the mounted police. -
I love watching kids utilize their imagination. And even more, I love watching them take that imagination and creating something from it. I hope to leave just enough of a blank slate in our home that my kiddos can let their imagination grow for exploration and creation.
