Our Bstore community is like family to us. It sounds cliche, but it's true. We're a family run business and we're feeling pretty Mumma Bear at the moment.
We're of course tracking live updates and amending our policies in accordance with World and Australian Health and Government advice in an ever evolving landscape.
Now is the time for our community to rally. Check on our neighbours, be kind to our folks, be understanding and forgiving - everyone has a lot going on.
We understand if you are thinking about hibernating for a little while. Our team is ready to assist over the phone, via email, or through our online chat. However you choose to communicate or shop with us, we will continue to help you find the perfect style with comfort and the perfect fit. We can even take phone orders if you prefer, and we send everything via express post with next day delivery to most areas.
On the policy front: • Our stores and bstore.com.au remain open.
• We’ve re-educated our teams on World Health Organisation hygiene standards.
• We’re taking extra steps to ensure our stores and warehouse are clean and hygienic, increasing the frequency of cleaning.
• We’re going cashless until further notice.
• We’ve ceased the use of many items that can be re-used or shared. Any essentials are wiped down duly with disinfectant.
• We’ve increased supplies of hand sanitiser, disinfecting and cleaning products at all locations.
• Disposable gloves and sockettes are available.
