We are blown away by how realistic this turkey cake is?! Thought it was someone's dinner 😆😅 @chefmitchiesmunchies used a 1:1 ratio of FondX Modelling Chocolate to Virgin White fondant to create the "turkey skin"

It's double fudge with marshmallow buttercream. The "stuffing" is toasted Princess Vanilla cake with pumpkin spices, and the herbs are wafer paper! I can't wait to see it "carved" later! ...
