“In some ways, pretty much everyone has times when we’re afraid of revealing the most authentic version of who we are. That stands whether we identify as LBGTQIA+ or not. But for those of us in the community, being able to come out as our true selves is uniquely complex. Alongside all these obstacles, comes an extraordinary opening to joy, self-love, and connection.
We’ll reflect on this rich journey during our time together in this program. I’ll also be offering meditation practices that come directly from my own experience of coming out.”
