Today marks the final day of a 4 month journey with my beloved ashtanga teacher Dena Kingsberg in Byron Bay
forever grateful at this life changing practice. Very raw. Very humbling. Many interpretations. As my teacher says I have only just dipped my toes in.
When we peel back the layers we see what is truth. What relationships do matter and how we daily treat our selfs
