I wear juwelry like a talismanāfor me and me only. If others gravitate to it , great.. but thatās a personal calling. Juwelry isnāt a show. Itās an adornment. I adorn myself for those that came before me, because gold has meant many things to my ancestors, āvalueā being a strong one. I wear it to remind myself everyday that I am of value. That I hold space that matters. That what once was so unattainable is in my simple reach.
