💤 Sleep: Sleep deprivation or poor sleep doesn’t allow your body to receive the necessary recharge it needs to replenish. When you get a good night’s rest, your body naturally reduces the levels of cortisol and other stress hormones. Make it a non-negotiable to get 7-9 hours of sleep each night.
