As CLEARSTEM grows we experience every facet of human behavior you can imagine (just ask any biz owner about their customer service stories!)
Luckily we've attracted the best freaking customers in the world and our community is EPIC! 🥳🤗 As a team we love to share things that make our lives healthier, and high standards for ourselves & others is a mandatory part of that.
Enforcing those standards is the important thing! You should be highly intentional about what you allow in your life & in your feed, and we do the same with our precious CLEARSTEM ecosystem. 🌎
So why the post? Defining what we will & won't respond to in our feed. Trolls are people who intentionally try to instigate conflict, hostility, or arguments in an online setting while adding zero value. These people feel like crap about themselves but don't have the EQ to look inward & solve things.
While we have empathy for those folks, it's also not our problem 🤷♀️
CLEARSTEM is a happy place with inspired scientific discussion, friendship, & mutual respect🥼🧪
