Ever since my first trip to New York, I sometimes have an extreme craving for American Pancakes. When I do, I go to Pernikkel Groningen. It's not the Theatre Row Diner on 42nd, but it's good. Real good. Makes me feel up when I'm down. And since today is one of those off-days, I ordered me a big plate of pancakes! ?
