"I’m new to the world of compression socks - I thought they were sold at pharmacies to prevent puffy ankles during flights, and at sport shops for ironman runners. Misconception ✅. Turns out that there’s a bunch of use cases and health benefits to using them. If you are standing OR sitting for long hours, work out a lot, pregnant, or a frequent flyer - compression socks are apparently for you (…everyone? 🤔). The gently squeezing socks help the muscles and blood vessels in your feet to promote blood flow. That can increase blood circulation, reduce swelling and prevent blood clots. But when I think of compression socks expensive socks in off-putting beige color comes to mind. What makes LA-based Comrad different is the style - you couldn't tell they are compression socks. They come in colorful, unisex designs with odor-minimizing silvertech. I’ve worn them on long flights where they def helped reduce feet swelling, and I have now started to use them just on any normal day. They are snug, but not uncomfortable. A quick google tells me that Comrad’s socks ($18, ships to 🇺🇸) come at a surprisingly low price point compared to others - I do recommend you try 👊"
