Kim lives in Mansfield, Texas, and was nominated by her friend, Beth. Beth says, “She develops multi-family properties, creates legacy projects to enhance communities, and is an expert in placemaking.” She has proven herself in an industry with few female role models. Not only that, but she’s also "a great mom, friend, and mentor. She brightens any room she walks into and she can hold an audience in any setting.” 💫🌟

🙌 is a founding board member of The LOT Downtown (Live Outdoor Theatre) in Historic Downtown Mansfield
🙌 serves on multiple advisory committees and boards including CREW, Mansfield Chamber of Commerce, Mansfield Methodist Hospital, and a task for Grand Prairie Economic Development
🙌 fundraises annually to send more than 35 young folks to a Fellowship of Christian Athletes camp.
Kim’s successes have come through perseverance and grit. “Never give up!” is Kim’s go-to, dig-deep mantra. 💪 She says, “I’ve enjoyed many successes in my career and my home life, as well as a good share of disappointments and start again’s. I guess that’s the thing… I just start again. COVID has been a great example of learning to perfect the pivot!” 🔀
