Gina is the Executive Director of a hospice company in Tyler, Texas. Her staff says, “While the weight of her job is very heavy, you never see it on her face. She manages to keep a smile on her face and warm the heart of her employees daily. The amazing support she provides to her staff allows all of us to provide amazing end-of-life care to our patients and support to family members.” 🥰
Gina’s dedication to her team goes beyond her day-to-day duties. “This year during the pandemic when we could not celebrate nurse’s week as a group, she made individualized family game night bags (including snacks and games that each of our children would love according to their personalities) and hand-delivered them to each of our homes,” her staff says. When the in-person annual Christmas party was thwarted by the pandemic in 2020, she hosted a drive-thru Christmas party to sprinkle joy on her employees who worked from home and hadn’t gathered in nine months. 🎄❤️ Her team says, “Giving her the opportunity to be recognized would be a way for us to show her how amazing she is as a leader and as a friend.” ❣️
