Laura lives in Midway, Georgia, and was nominated by her friend, Trudie. Trudie says, “Laura is an awesome woman who deserves to be celebrated, and not just for her daily routine in which she cares for her family. Laura also cares for an elderly lady with limited sight who lives nearby, and she volunteers at our church. Plus, she prepares and delivers backpacks to local schools every Tuesday and Thursday for United Way. She is just a selfless person who will always be found doing something to help others. No degrees, corporate business titles, or fancy letters behind her name, but her heart is huge, and she spends her time GIVING of herself.” 💗
Additionally, she spends a week once or twice a year lifting the lives of children in an orphanage in Honduras. Trudie says, “Pre-Covid, Laura made mission trips to Honduras, and she has a genuine love for the children at Orphanage Emmanuel, even knowing them by name.” Laura excitedly shares that she’s going back to volunteer at the orphanage this August. 🥰
Trudie continues, “I’m sure Laura doesn’t see herself in this light and would be shocked to know I wrote this, but she truly is a giver of God’s Love from her heart.” 💝🌈❣️
