We’ve covered a lot of unique, unconventional and some might say crazy spirits over the years, but never anything like the vodka that Air Co. is currently producing in Brooklyn. Air Co. is using a multi-ton conversion reactor and some futuristic technology to capture excess carbon from the air and turn it into vodka. Yes, you read that correctly.
