Firstly, we really hope that you are keeping safe and well during this time.
We wanted to provide you with an update to reassure you that our online store is open, our warehouse and logistics teams are still operating and orders are being fulfilled. As part of our COVID-19 Safety Measures, we have a no-contact delivery process in place and we’re working hard to ensure all stages of picking, packing and fulfilment continue as safely as possible for you, for our warehouse staff and our delivery partners.
Our phone lines are open as usual Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, however we do encourage contact to be made via email at customerservice@cuckooland.com to ensure a response from the relevant team. Some members of our Customer Service team are manning the decks from home so communications may unfortunately be slightly slower than usual. Please help us by not sending follow-up emails or creating multiple points of contact about the same issue.
We'd like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding at this time and know that we are as passionate now as we ever were about providing the highest level of customer service and support.
