@tarynshealthylife: I’ve been wearing @cyxusofficial blue blocker glasses the last week while studying (especially at night) and they definitely have made a difference in that my eyes feel less tired and that I can fall asleep faster (blue light interferes with melatonin production — a sleep hormone secreted by the pineal gland in the brain 🧠— and a very potent antioxidant! ). Highly recommend blue blockers if you are struggling with eye strain due to screens, fluorescent lights etc! ps they have tons of different styles!
