Well this is where I take time to get to know you, which takes the form of an initial phone conversation then a design meeting where you get the chance to meet me face to face. In this meeting I put your mind at ease and relax any nerves you may have, I make sure you feel comfortable and that you can put your trust in me. We talk about your project, I explain how I work and discuss my services and well we establish that first connection...
