Strangely enough, our UK kitchen is the only room I don’t really miss! I actually prefer our Singapore wet/dry kitchen layout (other than it’s lack of dishwasher).
Our newbuild kitchen is a lovely, large space, but not actually much surface area for food prep - I think the eventual plan will be to remodel the whole kitchen/diner and put in an island.
