No sheepies here, no glasses, no crockery, no cutlery, no napkins … just the dining room, as it always looks. It’s so seldom used, literally only at Christmas, Easter or on the odd occasion when we have friends over for supper. But even then, we tend to eat outside … As soon as this Rule of Six malarkey is relaxed, we might just have a bit of a do, maybe even add on the extension that enables twelve of us to eat here, and dress the table up in all her finery … but until that happy day arrives …
