Swipe to see the space before! One of the things we loved about the Geddes 5 layout was the open kitchen/dining space to the back of the property. With it just being the 2 of us (well, 3 of us 🐶) we decided not to make this a second living space but instead make it an entertaining space with a purpose built bar.
We chose the same New York white high gloss base units and doors from symphonygroup that taylorwimpey installed in our kitchen. We managed to source the exact same batch no. of Lagoon worktop used elsewhere silestonebycosentino and put a cupboard with a fridge in the other side.
We had an LED strip light fitted underneath the bar and then added a feature light fitting overhead, with enough space for us to sit and watch TV if we want to!
We use the bar every day - breakfast, lunch and dinner some days! We added matching bar stools from danetti_com (their Serena bar stools and chairs come in a range of colours and don’t forget to use our discount code P-newbuildagain for £50 off your order with them!)
