Having seen the sofa on line I visited the showroom in Bracknell, the staff were very professional and helpful. The sofa was in the store so I had time to try it out in person, which is somewhat unusual these days as most purchases are off the internet. The in store experience was good, I placed the order and the delivery company used, Panther, we also very efficient. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely shop at Danetti again
