Here at Danetti, we believe that if everyone does a little, it becomes a lot. This Earth Day, we wanted to share a little progress update with you as we continue to highlight the importance of dedicating our time, resources, and energy to finding solutions and acting to reduce our environmental impact.
Our partnership with Ecologi has now seen more than 6,200 trees planted. Alongside planting trees, every month, we also participate in funding climate projects that support renewable energy generation, forest protection, and community initiatives such as providing access to clean water. This is just one step in our journey to becoming a better and more sustainable business.
As well as working with the British Heart Foundation to offer a furniture collection service, we've also partnered with Footprint Recycling to ensure none of our waste goes to landfill. They collect and sort all of our waste and either recycle or generate it into renewable energy. The great thing about working with Footprint is they source new recycling avenues and provide solutions on how to keep progressing and measuring our sustainability.
Plus, our new handmade in the UK mattress collection is now available to order. Investing in sourcing and manufacturing in the UK is part of our Danetti commitment to lower our carbon footprint and reduce the impact on the environment.
